The Board of NPAWNY is donating $500 quarterly to this very important
fund, as we believe that it is important to raise public awareness of key NP
issues related to barriers impacting NP practice including efforts to remove
statutory collaboration in New York and ensure that NPs are reimbursed for
their services. With our continued support, the NPA will work with key
government leaders to address the adverse impacts of statutory collaboration
and reimbursement restrictions. Our donation will be tax deductible and
enhance efforts of the NPA to overcome obstacles faced by Nurse Pracitioners.
